BLOCK 1

Strategy: Execute interviews through the lens of SOMs, Inflection Points, and Traction Channels. Build on Block 0 insights and narrow in on customer and early growth strategies. You’ll know 10x more about your customer and their specific experience with the problem.

BLOCK 2

Strategy: Choose your customer, understand their JTBD, 4 Box Persona, and Decision Making Units that influence your next steps. You’ll build a sophisticated Persona that guides your launch strategy and testing approach.

BLOCK 3

Strategy: Run Customer Intent Marketing Tests that test if the customer you’ve focused in on would buy your product if marketed to them. You’ll quickly learn if you existed today how many people would actually purchase your solution and if the Customer Interview insights were successful. BLOCK 4

Strategy: Analyze metrics, create feedback loops and evaluate assumptions that your startup relies on.
