A 10-Day, All-Out Interview Sprint
You know you should do customer interviews. You probably even tell friends with startup ideas that they should do customer interviews. But, you’ve probably either done too few or exactly zero.
I don’t blame you. Interviews are uncomfortable and often hard to justify. It always feels like you can make more, “firm” progress doing something else - like speaking with a dev shop or building a pitch deck. But those things are dumb before you’ve nailed your customer.
So, this workshop forces you to eat your spinach.
Over 10 days we have three live-on-zoom workshops and one individual, 30-minute one-on-one between you and Brian. You’ll learn how to find people, how to interview them, what to take away from those interviews, when you’re done with interviews, and what to do next.
After the workshop, interviews will be your startup’s biggest strength.
