15% More
Today we've got an exercise I love called ”15%.” There's absolutely no better way to prioritize.
I'll suggest three versions of it — you'll know which you need to do (for a lot of you, all three would be useful. All three are useful for me).
1. What would you do if you were 15% more assertive?
Here's the way I visualize this:
Ideally, we're right assertive. Nearly every founder we have is the green dot (or to the right of it). So, a thought exercise is useful. What would you do if you were 15% more assertive?
If you were here 👇
Make a list of 10 things you'd do. Don't stop until you get to 10.
Do the same for these two questions (if you need them):
2. What would I do if I was 15% less judgmental about my work and was more willing to put stuff out that might not be perfect? AKA what would I do if I cared 15% less about the things I do failing?
3. What would I do if I was 15% less worried about what other people thought?
Then, look at the 30 things you've come up with. Pick 2 or 3 and do them this week.
There's usually no better way to figure out what to work on.
